Philosophy of Education
My philosophy of education is that no student should go unnoticed. It is the responsibility of the teacher to bring out the best in each and every student. I believe that it is the teacher's job to help his or her students find his or her niche. A teacher must reward successes and aid in failures. It is my personal belief that every child has the ability to succeed and that each success, no matter how small, should be recognized and praised.
